  I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks before the day of my appointment only to get a call the same day and be told my appointment had to be cancelled due to "not having enough time" to do it. I personally think that is unprofessional since the stylist even said "they schedule you for an hour and I need more time for what you are needing" it was NOT my mistake and they still did not accommodate me for a appointment I called ahead of time to schedule. I was referred out to this person which I will not mention name of for her own business but I am glad I did not get my hair done by an unprofessional person. Schedule an appointment and plan to have it canceled (:
